Tests passed cleanly on derby-7110-01-aa-removeAngleBrackets.diff after it was
built with Open JDK 17-ea+16-1315. The javadoc built cleanly too. The following
experiments were run on the jars built with Open JDK 17-ea+16-1315:
o Full tests with the classpath run on Open JDK 17-ea+16-1315
o Full tests with the modulepath run on Open JDK 17-ea+16-1315
o Full tests with the classpath run on JDK 9 (build 9+181)
