Attaching derby-7125-02-aa-correctDeadLink.diff. This is a second attempt to
fix the dead link. This patch adds a "?view=co" argument to the end of the link
so that the testing instructions will display--rather than a log of svn
activity on java/org.apache.derby.tests/README.htm
