Attaching derby-7136-09-aa-mavenChanges.diff. This patch brings the maven
publication step back into alignment with the current state of the codeline.
Makes the following changes:
1) Adjusts a sanity check in SetDerbyVersion so that the program accounts for
the maven dependencies added by DERBY-7040.
2) Adds the .java suffix to a command in README.txt so that the command runs.
