Attaching 'jdk14_tests_3.diff' for Kathey's comments. I talked to Kathey who
suggested to remove 'jdk14test' property from test harness. This patch makes
that change. It also renames wisconsin.sql to wisc_setup.sql to avoid
confusion.
Kathey, can you please take a look at the updated patch? Thanks.
