I think "Test" is the right type for this if it is a test issue or
unknown. A clear product regression (like we all come in one day,. all
tests fail and Derby works no more) should be filed as type "Bug".

Our components seem to fall into two categories:
1) Area where the code is going to have to change. (e.g. Network Client
(java/client), Test (java/testing))
2) Some type we don't have or keyword that we want to query on (e.g.
Performance, Newcomer)

"Regression Test Failure" (or better name) would fall into the
latter. It seems weird to use the component field for that, but I got
over it with Newcomer.

On the mail, wiki etc, I am happy to get more info, I would just like
to make sure that the information is all in Jira and can be queried.
