Hi, all.
As you have seen from the slew of emails, I have created a series of
JIRA subtasks for internationalizing the client messages. These are all
definitely Newcomer tasks, and if you are inspired, you are welcome to
grab one of them.
There will be some conflicts in SQLState.java and
clientmessages.properties that will need to be managed, but other than
that these should be fairly independent subtasks.

P.S. You might want to wait a day or two before jumping on these, as
it's possible some folks will find issues with my recent checkin that
created the i18n framework for the client.
