I think I've addressed all of the open issues.
ctunoptimzoverride.html is a new topic that's titled "Overriding the default
optimizer behaviour." It'll go in the "Performance and optimization" section of
the Tuning Guide.
ctundepthoptover is a new topic that's titled "Optimizer overrides." It'll go
in the "Working with RunTimeStatistics" section of the Tuning Guide.
I'll add the appropriate related links after everybody's satisfied with the
content of these two topics.
