The tests SURTest.junit and SURQueryMixTest.junit both appear in
derbynetclientmats.runall as well as in jdbcapi.runall. So it unnecessarily
runs twice, because jdbcapi is already included in the suites in
derbynetclientmats.properties.
It should be removed from derbynetclientmats.runall.
