I thought of another possible candidate for the new jar file to
execute the tools and network server as part of DERBY-1063:
derbyrun.jar, which also works as runderby.jar
So far these are the proposed names:
derbycmd.jar
derbyctl.jar
derbygo.jar
derbyrun.jar
goderby.jar
runderby.jar
Does anyone have a strong feeling for going with any of these names?

As long as we have to stick to max 8 characters in the name I like
derbyrun.jar the best, although I don't have strong feelings about it
