Attachment: derby-982_v2.diff
Attaching derby-982_v2.diff which includes a test for most of the public
methods of the sysinfo api. Left out getInfo() because that would change in
every environment tested. If someone can think of a reasonable way to test it,
we can reenable it in the test.
