There is not specific tie to a given ODBC version. As JDBC evolves, we might choose to evlove methods that originated from ODBC, which many have. Do not assume there will always be a 1 to 1 match. JDBC is JDBC and ODBC well it is that other API :-)I'll try to ping Lance Anderson (JDBC spec lead) about the JDBC and ODBC version issue.
