I did notice the copyright on the top pages came out in pt_BR :-)
Although they still are not the way they should be (in any language).

Targets need to be added to to the build.xml in src/pt_BR similar to
the pt_BR.getstart. Check the top-level build.xml for the names of the
ref ditamap and fo file. Once it builds properly into out, the rest is
automatic.
