[test] Need to add derbyrun.jar to the classpath of your jar tests

With revision 395453, I added a test for the java -jar functionality
of derbyrun.jar. So, anyone who runs tests, automated or otherwise,
from the jar files, needs to be sure to add derbyrun.jar to their
classpath before running the derbytools or derbyall.

Please respond if you run into issues with the test.
