Description of next url says that DITA-OT1.1.2.1_bin-ASL.zip should be placed
to "%DOC_ROOT%/lib"

However,I could not run the command "ant html" in this configuration.
Error message tells that expanding DITA-OT1.1.2.1_bin-ASL.zip was failed.
It seems that "%DOC_ROOT%/lib" is not correct and "%DOC_ROOT%/trunk/lib" is
correct place.
In that configration, I could run "ant html".
