Attaching bug1344-bumplastdigit.diff. This will bump the last digit for 10.2 so
that the upcoming snapshot won't have the same release number as the March
snapshot. This patch also fixes some issues in tools/release/build.xml:
o The bumplastdigit target of that script was trying to fix two canons which
don't exist anymore
o That bumplastdigit target of that script was generating a property file but
failing to read it later on. As a result, the rototilled canons had odd
${interim} and ${point} markers left in them which failed derbyall
I will re-run derbyall tonight and hopefully, it will pass with these changes.
