In the Developers Guide the chapter "Shutting Down the System" gives the
following command to shut down the Derby system:
DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:derby:cs;shutdown=true");
This command should not include the name of a database ("cs"). The correct
command should be:
DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:derby:;shutdown=true");
