Fix Version: 10.2.0.0
Priority: Critical (was: Major)
Raising the priority on this to critical to evaluate the reason for the lock
timeout. This also occurs just running the 10.1 tests with 10.2 client and
10.2 server, so is a general compatiblity issue, not limitted to mixed version
client and server environments.
A first wild guess might be a impact from DERBY-822 but I cannot tell enough
from the diff to say.
