Is it reasonable to exclude support for expressions in
the having clause in the first cut? i.e.

-- this is supported.
select c1+c2, sum(c3) from test group by c1+c2;

-- this is not.
select c1+c2, sum(c3) from test group by c1+c2 having
c1+c2 > 1;

It turns out the query rewrite we do for group by's
(see the coments in the parser for about line 8068)
complicates things substantially. It would be good if
someone could clarify or explain the rationale for
doing things this way.
