Editting JIRA filters

I would like to change the query run by a  filter I created. Naively, I 
did the following:

o Clicked "Manage" to get the list of filters
o Clicked "Edit" to change the filter definition
o Made my change to the query, over in the left panel
If I run the editted filter, I get results that look right. But I don't 
know how to save my edits. Would appreciate advice here.
