Rick Hillegas updated DERBY-936:
--------------------------------

    Attachment: derby-936_v02.diff
                htmloutput.tar.gz

Attaching patch derby-936_v02.diff and corresponding html output for all the
documents, htmloutput.tar.gz. The patch makes the following changes:

1) Parameterizes most of the version references so that, in the future, we will
only have to update the parameter declarations in the *conrefs files.

2) Hard-codes a 10.2 in the soft upgrade description in the Developer's Guide.
This is because this page lists various catalog-changing features and the
releases which introduced them. I'm punting on this one and leaving this as a
reference which we'll have to think about for the next feature release.

3) Creates a parameter declaration file for the Working with Derby Guide so
that version numbers can be substituted in that guide too.

4) I agonized a little about parameterizing the version references in the
sysinfo example in the Tools Guide. In the end, I decided to parameterize these
too. I don't have strong religion about this.

> Main branch docs display version as 10.1, should be 10.2.

> Currently the output for the PDF and HTML Book formats of the manuals on the
> main branch display the version 10.1. Documentation changes have been
> committed which make the main branch of the documentation no longer proper
> for 10.1, so the version the main branch of the documentation displays should
> be 10.2.
