My latest commit for some test failures included a minor change to
NOTICE which I had done as part of my work on fixing the copyrights.
Here's the diff. I think it's pretty harmless, this is moving in line
with where we want to go, but if someone wants me to back it out, please
let me know and I'll fix it.
