Heads up: procedureInTrigger.sql for j9 will likely fail

I just checked in revision 42818, where I added a comment to 
procedureInTrigger.sql.  I noticed there is a procedureInTrigger.out 
that is specific to the j9 vm, so this will likely cause a failure with 
the j9 tests.  I don't have a j9 vm so I couldn't fix this.  Someone who 
runs these tests will need to make this fix.
