FYI this failed because I missed checking one of the ways tests are excluded, in this case suites/DerbyNet.exclude. Having multiple ways to exclude tests is an annoying feature of the current harness that will not be copied over to the pure JUnit world. A test will be self-describing about what environments it runs in, i.e. contained within its suite method. Dan.
