Minor javadoc warning

Noticed following javadoc warning in trunk:

java\engine\org\apache\derby\iapi\types\XML.java:163: warning - Tag
@return cannot be used in constructor documentation.  It can only be
used in the following types of documentation: method.
     [javadoc] 1 warning
