Additional 10.2 features

In compiling release notes, I came across a couple 10.2 JIRAs which I 
would classify as features. I have added these to the end of the "Beta 
Summary" table on the snapshot wiki page: 
http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/TenTwoSnapshot. They are: DERBY-1216, 
DERBY-1019, DERBY-962, and DERBY-571.
