Good point, Susan, this has been fixed for 10.2.1, so moving this out to
10.2.2.0. The core plugin build has been fixed for 10.2.1.5, and the UI plugin
in the release candidate has the correct files also. Leaving this open to track
documenting how to build the UI plugin from scratch so that it includes all the
correct files.
