CompatibilityTest.java hangs on windows XP.

Hi, all:

I have ran the derbyall tests on windows, but it hangs on RunTest junitTests/derbyNet/CompatibilityTest.java. But it passes on Unbuntu.

Any suggestion? Thanks.
