StoredPage.readRecordFromStream() and StoredPage.readRecordFromArray() contain
a workaround for a JIT bug in JDK 1.1.7 (fixed in JDK 1.2). Since Derby no
longer supports JDK 1.1.7, the workaround can be removed.
