I realize two minor problem in this patch.
1) It is impossible to build PDF of Japanese language yet.
I think this seems to be problem of font problem around fop.
2) I think it is needed to reflect improvement in original document.
I'm not sure how to resolve problem 1) and think to defer it.
I want to resolve problem 2) at least.
