Attaching some - hopefully final - adjustments:
trunk & 10.2
- tools/sysinfoMessages_fr.properties: doubling up necessary quotes
- tools/toolsmessages_ru.properties: splitting up the DBLOOK_usage
message so it wraps nicely
- catch up on DERBY_2110 (and DERBY-1891) for all locales
trunk:
- reimplement some removals and changes, e.g. revision 482433.
With 3 exceptions: I did not adjust error XJ125 for ja_JP, zh_CN, nor zh_TW.
If this looks good, I'll commit...
