No.
That is alpha version and current situation on that page is what is
exactly now.
If we think the problem might be resolved soon, I think it is alright to
leave the link to the problem pages on the dev location. But I'm happy
to do what you prefer.
My understanding is that Andrew is working on the broken multiple HTML
manuals built on Windows .
Is it right ?
