Some of the guidelines that I have read indicate that graphics like the Derby logo, which are considered "decorative" instead of "substantive" should be marked as an artifact (PDF) or with empty alt text (HTML).
Does anyone know where the logo files are stored/located and how we might apply the tagging? Or should we ask on the Forrest list? -- Laura Stewart
