Attaching the patch for the build.xml files. Also since I got more than one
opinion about including the system test classes in the derbyTesting.jar , I
withdraw my suggestion to create a new derbysystest.jar. So Now
derbyTesting.jar will have the system test classes also.
Please review the patch and if everything looks good please commit
