That would take care of Hard Upgrade. Soft upgrade would still be an issue. I
thought Upgrade for this issue should not be part of this JIRA. Instead it
should be done as a separate JIRA.
If u agree with this, I will go on to raise a separate JIRA and will propose
what I have in mind there.
Also this patch is independent of the upgrade patch and will not cause any
failures until the code that uses these stored procedures is actually put into
the client.
Also I will take your suggestion of moving the stored procedures into SYSIBM.
