In the Tools.diff patch
file = rtoolsijcomref16653.dita
Should the new title be "Comment syntax in ij commands" or "Syntax for comments
in ij commands" or "Comment syntax for ij commands"
The "in" in the new title doesn't sound quite right to me... I've asked an
editor friend of mine.
Same question for:
