I merged some of the intro info into from the WWD into the GS Intro topic.
Previously this topic only contained a short description. Also I changed the
title of this topic to remove the gerund (which we only use for tasks).

I changed the title of this topic so that it would not be confused with the
library files that are discussed at the end of the GS guide. I added a lead in
para before the definition list with a link to the product documentation. I
added a description for the Getting Started with Derby guide (which was
missing) and augmented the description for the API reference. Based on the
outcome of the thread on derby-dev about linking to the javadoc, I will either
change the link info to include both manuals and api or have a separate link.
