Yes, the double negative is confusing:
UNSIGNED_ATTRIBUTE= false means it IS a signed type.
UNSIGNED_ATTRIBUTE=true means it IS NOT a signed type.
So my thinking is that only numeric types should have UNSIGNED_ATTRIBUTE=false
The rest should have UNSIGNED_ATTRIBUTE=true
