I applied upgrade_v4.diff to a new workspace. It did not seem to have conflicts
in any class it affects.
Also I ran the junit All suite and there were no failures.
I request for a interested person to consider upgrade_v4.diff for reviews and
comments and if everything is OK a commit too.
