My original thought was to include a description of what is implemented and not
in the ref guide, but nothing else. On second thoughts, I think we also
should include a description of differences between client and embedded driver.
DERBY-2092 suggest to use Harmony to get a description of interfaces. However,
interface javadocs will not contain information on what has been implemented.
javadoc for Derby implementation on the other hand would be on implemented
classes (e.g., EmbedConnection) that does not match the interface names and
would only confuse users.
