To make the correct number of spaces appear, I inserted 4 non-breaking space
codes (" ") into the source. They seem to show up correctly in the
generated HTML and PDF. Hope this works.
The changed line is in DERBY-2270.diff, the HTML in rrefbuiltchar.html.
