Hmm. It appears that this property is supported. When I set the property in a
derby.properties file --
derby.system.bootAll=true
in a directory that had three databases in it, all three of them booted when I
started the Network Server:

to the Tuning Guide. I haven't tested that derby.database.noAutoBoot works,
though. I will try that to make sure before documenting that property.
