Hi Laura,
You are correct. The change applies to all 4 of these systems procedures.
Looks like that I forgot to add SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_EXPORT_TABLE_LOBS_TO_EXTFILE
system procedure to the release notes :(
I am fine with the text that you like to add to each EXPORT procedure.
