It seems I was too quick with my last comment:
I just know noticed that it is not just the APPENDIX A heading that is wrong,
but references to "derbyscripts.tar.gz" throughout the document. That file does
not exists, but "derbydotsscripts.tar.gz" contains all the files being
mentioned, and is available from the web site.
