To start with the file that has the highest number of references; the 10.0
distribution didn't have a docs-10.0.tar.gz file, however, there was a docs-tar
file. I gz-ed that file. I'd like it if someone could confirm download &
extraction: http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/docs-10.0.tar.gz
Then, the 10.2 reference for pt_BR *-single.html in manuals/index.html is off.
The files are actually one level up. Interestingly, the current source for
the web site has the portuguese single.html files twice:
../pt_BR/ref/pt_BR/ref-single.html
../pt_BR/ref/ref-single.html
I tried to create the 10.2 pt_BR/ref/pt_BR directory to match the set-up for
docs trunk, but apparently, I do not have sufficient karma acquired. Thus, I
will update the index.(x|ht)ml file (src and built).
