I have moved the SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_GET_USER_ACCESS topic to the "Built-in 
functions" section of the reference manual. 

I added the description for USERNAME but modified it slightly (it should not be 
"on" :-)

An input argument of type VARCHAR(128) that specifies the user ID that is
registered in the Derby database. 


QUESTION - The NULL value says "Removes the user from the list of permissions, 
reverting the user to the default
permission."  Is the default permission READONLYACCESS ???  I'd like to clarify 
that if possible.
