The attached patch derby-3310_remove_genNormalizeResultSetNode_diff.txt moves
the contents of ResultSetNode.genNormalizeResultSetNode into
NormalizeResultSetNode.init() method. The method still copies the
ResultColumnList as before.
I had a harder time with getting rid of copyTypesAndLengthsToSource, so decided
to wait for a second patch for removing that method. I'll post some questions
about that after this patch gets committed.
