As described in comments, JMX tests are now running with a security manager
(both trunk and 10.4 branch).
All current JMX test issues relating to the security manager have been resolved
(see also DERBY-3499, DERBY-3561).
I suggest that additional improvements and the potential addition of testing
with JMX authentication be handled in separate Jira issues.
