Now that suites.All is running again on Java ME, I discovered that the new test
in CollationTest fails on this platform. I tested on phoneME advanced and saw:
There was 1 failure:

AFAIK java.sql.Driver and DriverManager is not supported with JSR169, only
DataSource.
