Two Admin Guide topics, "Accessing the Network Server by using the DB2 Driver
for JDBC" (cadminapps810777.dita) and "DB2 Driver for JDBC examples"
(radminapps810699.dita), describe how to use a driver that is no longer
supported by IBM. These topics should be removed from the manual.
The contents of the two topics can be ported to the Derby wiki.
