Right, maybe 1) with a comment why it's safe is good? 
I didn't like the way my patch for DERBY-3266 make the calls
more complex in the first place.. maybe it will be nicer to make another
overload of getSchemaDescriptor(<int:tabletype>) and use that
consistently in CreateTableNode and DropTableNode?
